JTR 4.0 final release is available!
 
Finally the JTR 4.0 final release is available in the Download section. JTR 4.0 final release comes with some fixings to minor problems found in the previous candidate releases, with the upgrade of JAX-WS to version 2.1.1, and with a much more complete JavaDoc.
